Bruno’s Kitchen is looking for an experienced Chef/Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house team. We are a family-owned restaurant that takes pride in serving high-quality food while creating a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Salary: $65,000 ++ per year (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

● Oversee all kitchen operations

● Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team

● Maintain high standards for food quality and presentation

● Manage food ordering, inventory, and cost control

● Create and maintain staff schedules

● Ensure compliance with all health and food safety regulations

● Work closely with ownership to maintain efficient daily operations

Qualifications:

● Previous experience as a chef, kitchen manager, or similar leadership role

● Strong leadership and communication skills

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

● Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

● Reliable, organized, and passionate about hospitality
