Human Resources Generalist

The HR Generalist will handle a wide range of administrative and supportive tasks and have impeccable follow through skills. This person must be well organized and able to interact with both staff and external contacts (at all levels), and be flexible, resourceful and highly efficient. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Responsibilities Acts as the “to-go-to” HR person for all Benefits related questions/concerns Responsible for maintaining Students/Interns/Contractors listings and requirements Maintains Driver Listing and training requirements Advises on external/internal Transfer Requests Responsible for weekly filing and trainings into training records Responsible for Health-stream updates/changes/tracking – Health-stream expert for HR Responsible for maintaining Personnel Records and filing appropriate documentation Assists with RBH Morale and Retention processes/events Performs Orientation Training if HR Director is unavailable Backup to other HR coordinator if they are out of office Upholds Organization’s ethics and customer service standards. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of Reno Behavioral Healthcare Hospital. This position will work Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8am - 4:30pm with some flexibility based on needs.
