Himanshu Family & Marriage Counseling Service is actively seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. In this vital role, you will play an essential part in providing transformative therapeutic support to patients and their families within our Hospice Center.

Our therapists have access to comprehensive resources, including a fully-fledged Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, which streamlines clinical documentation and billing processes, allowing you to dedicate more time to patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized and couples therapy sessions for a broad range of clients, ensuring to address a variety of mental health concerns with empathy and professionalism.

• Maintain an organized calendar by scheduling all ongoing appointments and promptly completing in-depth notes and record keeping for each client session.
\n
• Utilize a third-party billing service to manage clinical claims and financial matters, including client insurance accounts receivable and benefit eligibility checks.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development and collaboration with team members to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.
\n
• Foster positive client relationships and create a safe therapeutic space, tailored to the unique needs and backgrounds of each individual or couple.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will be working primarily with a patient population that includes individuals and couples across various age groups experiencing challenges such as grief, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. Our focus is on providing heartfelt, empathetic care tailored to each client's unique life context, especially as they navigate the complexities associated with hospice care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Must possess a current license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
\n
• Excellent self-management skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism and therapeutic boundaries in all workings.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills are critical to effectively managing case loads.
\n
• Capacity for cultural competency, enabling effective engagement with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Significant training in or experience working with couples will be highly regarded and may facilitate quicker integration into our services.

• Availability to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings each week to accommodate a variety of client schedules.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, consistent with experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses based on performance. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy competitive benefits including:
