We’re looking for a Restaurant Supervisor / Manager who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys leading teams, and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Position Summary

The Restaurant Supervisor supports the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and developing a strong team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coaching others, maintaining high standards, and helping the restaurant run smoothly every day.

What You’ll Do

Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations
Coach and motivate team members to deliver great guest service
Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
Assist with training, scheduling, and team development
Resolve guest concerns and create positive dining experiences
Support inventory, labor management, and cost control
Help execute promotions, marketing initiatives, and community events

What We’re Looking For

Previous restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Passion for guest service and team development
Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)
