Hematology Therapeutic Area Specialist and Cell Therapy Site Lead Ontario (West) and Winnipeg (MB)

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Therapeutic Area Specialist and Cell Therapy Site Lead for hematology in Ontario (West) and Winnipeg. The role combines field-based pharmaceutical promotion with operational oversight of CAR-T cell therapy launches at hospital centers across Eastern Canada.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding, launch, and ongoing support of BMS cell therapies at Canadian centers
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary hospital teams to develop customized onboarding plans
- Promote BMS hematology portfolio to meet sales targets with scientific rationale
- Conduct in-office presentations and organize learning programs for healthcare professionals
- Maintain regular contact with CAR-T site stakeholders to address feedback and optimize patient access
Requirements
- Scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience
- Proven ability to communicate clinical data accurately to physicians
- Strong account management and sales performance track record
- Experience building credibility with healthcare providers and customers
- Hematology/Oncology experience preferred
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with positive team mindset
- Fluency in English, oral and written
