Contract | Days | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:30) | 13–26 Week Assignment Options Available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Long Term Acute Care (LTACH) Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit
• Monitor and manage patients requiring telemetry and neurological observation
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule after 5:00 PM daily and on weekends as needed
• Float to other units and/or campuses as requested based on census needs, performing only tasks within demonstrated and documented competencies
• Complete all required pre-assignment modules and annual compliance requirements within designated timeframes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical Surgical / Telemetry experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of recent EPIC EMR experience required
• Must reside more than 100 miles from all system facilities for full eligibility; candidates residing 90–99.9 miles may be considered at a reduced rate; candidates under 90 miles are ineligible. Note: Night shift travelers in Adult Medical Tele / Adult Cardiac Tele / Progressive Care must be 50+ miles from the contracted campus only.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Long Term Acute Care (LTACH) setting strongly preferred
• Neurological nursing experience highly preferred
