--This position is for an LDRP nurse whereas L&D and mother baby experience is required, as well as required float. Special Equipment : - #Tier3 Travel Compliance Submission Requirements Must submit using the Qualivis Submission Form, including rate, start date, shift, and all RTO. Any RTO not included at time of submission will not be approved. Valid TN state license or compact multi-state license required at time of submission. Current Nursys report required; license must be active. No pending licenses accepted. All certifications must be included in the submission packet; some roles may allow pending certifications if they can be obtained prior to start (will be advised in JD). Compliance Deadlines HealthStream approvals are due 12 days prior to start. All other compliance requirements are due the Wednesday prior to start. Failure to meet compliance deadlines may result in delay to the next orientation or cancellation. Labs must be completed within 72 hours of signing. Modules: Modules are non-billable, generally up to 2 hours to complete Modules are completed pre-start, and factored in NBO Modules are recorded by certificates of completion Policies Facility enforces a strict no-call policy.
