The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic enterprise sales cycles with the top 20 pharma companies, driving the company's growth goals. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in the pharma, life sciences, or healthcare technology sectors, and the ability to close large, strategic deals. The VP, Sales - Pharma will work at the intersection of enterprise sales and cutting-edge healthcare AI, requiring the navigation of complex, multi-stakeholder organizations and a deep understanding of the industry. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), at least 10 years of enterprise sales experience, and a history of closing large enterprise deals. The role is field-first and hunter-focused, with a strong emphasis on owning accounts from cold outreach to close. The ideal candidate will have a VP-level enterprise sales background, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety, ethics, and patient-centered outcomes. Experience in AI, digital health, or data-driven patient engagement platforms is a plus, as is a background in IB or management consulting for ROI modeling. The VP, Sales - Pharma will be expected to partner with cross-functional teams, develop tailored solutions for pharma use cases, and represent the company at key industry events.
