Prevention Family Specialist In-Home Youth Support

Together for Youth in Buffalo, NY seeks a Prevention Family Specialist for the Home Run program. The role focuses on keeping families intact through in-home casework counseling, empowering parents with tools and resources to safeguard children's safety, well-being and permanency. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in human services, at least 1 year of related experience, flexibility including on-call hours, and a valid driver's license with travel.
