Senior Research Analyst

Managing complex production schedules, the full-time Senior Research Analyst will oversee the seamless delivery of mail screening surveys, ensuring quality control, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing vendor relationships in a remote setting. Key responsibilities: Lead daily production of mail survey services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to downstream processes Coordinate across internal and external teams to analyze and create production schedules that meet demand Manage vendor relationships to ensure delivery SLAs and quality standards are met while providing cost estimates for new initiatives Required qualifications: BA or BS Degree in Marketing, Market Research, or a related field 4+ years of Media Research experience preferred Familiarity with US geography, retail industry, and media landscape Advanced project management and strategic initiative rollout expertise Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
