Full Charge Bookkeeper

Job Description

Our company is currently seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for performing all accounting and bookkeeping duties in our company.

** Responsibilities: **

Accounts payable/accounts receivable
Every other week payroll for at least 80 employees
Handle invoicing for all customers and real-estate tenants
Handle insurance audits and any issues
Compute and record numerical data
Check the accuracy of business transactions
Perform some administrative duties
Perform some HR duties

** Qualifications: **

Some experience in construction and real-estate. This is not a must but will be helpful.
Previous experience in accounting, finance. At least 5 years.
Very savvy with QuickBooks desktop
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
NC Notary needed
