The Opportunity Senior Attorneys take ownership of their cases from strategy through resolution, with the autonomy to litigate decisively and the support of a dedicated team of associates, paralegals, and legal assistants. What You’ll Own Develop case strategy focused on strong, efficient outcomes. Lead matters through discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial. Take and defend depositions and lead meet-and-confer efforts. Advocate for clients in hearings, negotiations, mediations, and trials. Guide and develop the team supporting your caseload. Qualifications Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. Seven plus years of experience specializing in employment litigation. Experience serving as Lead Attorney for FEHA matters. Superior analytical and legal research skills. Ability to think creatively and strategically.
