What You'll Do Safely operate an overhead crane to support the production and movement of precast concrete products throughout the facility. Perform crane operations related to product stripping, setup, loading, material handling, and moving concrete forms and products. Move, stage, and store materials using overhead cranes and other material handling equipment. Assist production crews with manufacturing activities and general labor as needed. Follow all safety policies, lifting procedures, rigging requirements, and housekeeping standards. Inspect work areas and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support daily production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency standards. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure safe and timely completion of production tasks. What You'll Need Previous experience operating overhead cranes in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of safe lifting, rigging, and material handling practices. Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification. Willingness to complete overhead crane operator training and certification, if required. Ability to work independently, follow written and verbal instructions, and maintain reliable attendance. Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around heavy equipment, noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.
