Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

School-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-time and On-site – Virginia Beach, VA – 2026/2027 School Year

Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Virginia SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary school teams

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
- Conduct evaluations and develop and implement IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in meetings and contribute to a supportive school environment
