EXPERIENCED CLOSERS ONLY, and you must live in the DMV. This is a strictly local, in-person role (Montgomery County, Washington DC, Northern Virginia). No remote, no relocation, and out-of-area applicants will not be considered.
Done chasing your own leads? At UD Roofing, our canvassers and marketing book the inspections. You walk the roof, document the damage, work the adjuster, and close. We hand you warm, storm-mapped appointments. Top reps here clear $200K+.

WHO WE WANT
- 1+ year closing in roofing, storm restoration, solar, pest control, alarm/security, or other in-home / high-ticket sales
- You can read a roof, talk to an adjuster, and hold a price
- Self-driven, competitive, and coachable to our system
- New to insurance claims is fine if the rest is strong. We teach the claim game.
HOW YOU GET PAID, AND WE SHOW YOU THE MATH
- 10-15% of gross profit on a scale that climbs with your monthly volume
- $500 company bonus every 15 closed jobs
- Paid weekly once a job collects. Gross, setter fee, and your net are shown on every deal. No black box.
- Top reps clear $200K+; first-year reps who work the system commonly run $90K-$150K (examples, not guarantees)
