$20.00-$25.00/hour

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Dubuque. This position is responsible for handling high-volume invoicing, processing payments, and assisting customers with account questions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and has strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Process approximately 5,000 customer invoices at the end of each month.
Process ACH payments and post customer payments accurately.
Prepare and process daily bank deposits.
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with billing and account questions.
Troubleshoot payment, invoice, and delivery issues by working with customers and drivers.
Maintain accurate customer account records.
Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous accounts receivable, accounting, or bookkeeping experience preferred.
Comfortable working with high-volume data entry.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office; accounting software experience is a plus.
