It’s important to us that you feel aligned with our culture. Summary: This position is responsible for assisting Project Foreman with on schedule and on budget completion of projects. This creates value for our clients and for our business. Electricians will report directly to their Project Foreman. Key Result Areas Be on time and ready to start work at the designated start time Report to Foreman for duty assignment with personal tools on hand It is required to complete OSHA 10 within 30 days of employment Follow OSHA Regulations (if unsure, ask Foreman) Guide Apprentice Electricians in work duties Direct Apprentice Electricians when Foreman is unavailable Work in a clean work-man-like manner at all times Assist other Titan Team members to complete all required work Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site Keep all trailers / storage containers / job boxes clean and organized Correct and inform Foreman of all safety concerns Always have and use your PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Inform Foreman of any deficiencies on the work you are performing Communicate with Foreman any potential issues you see with completing your scope of work Always work safe, you are important to the Team.
