North Chicagoland Suburbs | Hybrid (4 Days In-Office) About the Firm A long-established, globally recognized medical device manufacturer with a strong footprint across international markets. About the Role The Lead Financial Analyst will serve as the primary finance business partner to assigned business units, providing financial analysis and strategic insights that support decision-making across the organization. This is a highly visible seat with meaningful cross-functional exposure across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product Development, Market Access, and Finance. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary finance business partner to assigned business units Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to support decision-making Lead monthly financial reviews, close reporting, and management presentations Prepare and analyze monthly P&Ls and operating results Develop and monitor KPIs and business performance metrics Support annual operating plans, forecasting, and long-range planning Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product Development, Market Access, and Finance teams Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting enhancements Develop dashboards and analytical tools leveraging Power BI and advanced Excel Support pricing, product flow, profitability, and business case analyses Assist with cross-functional and global strategic initiatives Qualifications Experience supporting a Sales or Business Unit leadership team Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and business partnering experience Advanced Excel skills with Power BI and analytics experience Experience with SAP and/or BPC preferred Medical device, healthcare, manufacturing, or consumer products experience preferred CPA and/or Master's degree a plus Strong executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders Competitive base salary plus performance bonus.
