• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
• Minimum 18 patients per day required
• Mix of pediatric and adult patients
• Chronic pain management experience required
• Panel management experience required
• Chart closure required within 72 hours
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar setting required
