Nurse Practitioner | Family Practice Location: Crescent City, CA Employer: VieMed Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant - Family Practice Job Description: VHS is seeking a highly qualified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a panel management setting, including both pediatric and adult patient care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for chart closure within 72 hours and will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., averaging at least 18 patient visits per day. Candidates must have experience with Chronic Pain Management and possess an active DEA license prior to start date. Credentialing typically takes 45-60 days. Immunizations required for credentialing include the Flu vaccine, TB test/X-Ray results (within 90 days), positive MMR, Hep B, and Varicella Titer results or complete immunization series, Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years.
