Duties & Responsibilities Provide primary care services to a mix of pediatric and adult patients. Perform chronic pain management as part of clinical duties. Maintain accurate medical records with chart closure within 72 hours. Meet minimum patient volume requirements of 18 patients per day. Comply with all facility immunization requirements including Flu, TB, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, and Tdap.
