Required Skills: Active DEA license prior to start date Proven experience in family medicine, including pediatrics and adult care Ability to complete chronic pain management chart closures within 72 hours Strong documentation skills, including detailed work experience with months and dates, and all employment gaps accounted for Flexibility to work a minimum of 18 patient per day (PPD) on a Monday-Friday schedule, with potential 10-hour shifts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive patient relationships Ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems Prior work in both outpatient and inpatient settings Additional certifications in chronic pain management or other specialties Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations Preferred Education and Experience: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree, with less than five years since residency At least 2 years of clinical experience in family medicine Certification in family medicine (Fellowship or additional certifications are a plus) Other Requirements: Complete all necessary immunizations including flu, TB testing/x-ray, MMR, Hep B, Varicella Zoster, and Tdap Credentialing process completion within 30-60 days, with all supporting documentation submitted promptly Willingness to adhere to a 30-day notice period for assignment termination Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adhere to all CDC and state health guidelines We offer competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), and a robust referral bonus program.
