Required Skills Active and valid DEA license Proven experience managing diverse patient cases, including pediatrics and adults (FM only or willing to consider DOs) Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail in documentation, including detailed work histories with full gaps accounted for Proficiency with chronic pain management and chart closure within 72 hours Nice to Have Skills Experience with chronic pain management and chart closure processes Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills Familiarity with EHR systems and digital documentation tools Additional certifications in pain management or relevant specialties Preferred Education and Experience Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (BE candidates with ?5 years since residency considered) Minimum of 5 years’ post-residency clinical experience preferred Completed residency within the last 5 years if BE Prior experience working with pediatric and adult populations Other Requirements Immunizations: Flu vaccine (2025-2026), TB status/X-ray (within 90 days), MMR, Hep B, Varicella Zoster, and Tdap immunizations up to date Active DEA license completed before start date Credentialing process expected to take 30-60 days; timely submission of application and documentation is essential Willingness to commit to a schedule of 18 patient encounters per day, Monday through Friday, 8–5, with optional 10-hour shifts Ability to provide documentation of employment and education history with month/day details and full gaps accounted for Flexibility to work across a mix of pediatrics and adult patients or focus solely on Family Medicine Take the next step in your medical career and become a vital part of our team.
