Director of Strategic Transactions & Corporate Counsel

Procore is seeking a Director & Assistant General Counsel, Strategic Transactions and Corporate, to lead and execute a broad range of M&A, corporate ventures, and strategic transactions. You will advise executives, drive deal strategy from inception to closing, and build scalable processes across the LRC Department.
The role partners with Corporate Development, Investor Relations, Financial Reporting, Tax, and Treasury, and may be based in Austin or remote.
