Position Overview KidsPeace is seeking a dedicated and mission-driven professional to support foster care recruitment, training, and retention efforts. This role plays a key part in promoting the organization’s mission, increasing community awareness, and guiding prospective foster parents through the licensing process while ensuring compliance with North Carolina and KidsPeace standards. Generate and manage inquiries from prospective foster parents. Screen incoming inquiries to initiate the licensing and approval process. Ensure all applicants meet North Carolina regulations and KidsPeace requirements. Facilitate and/or provide pre-service and ongoing training using approved agency and state curricula. Coordinate and lead agency-sponsored events and activities. Support foster family engagement, recognition, and retention. Qualifications Degree from an accredited university in social work/human services field. North Carolina state requirement: Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience in social work/human services field.
