What You'll Be Responsible For Own a faster, cleaner monthly, quarterly, and annual close, and set the standard for accuracy across a multi-entity structure Lead the accounting integration of acquired companies, from opening balance sheets and purchase accounting through policy alignment and a standardized chart of accounts Deliver board and investor reporting packages that anticipate the next question before it is asked Bring discipline to cash, including a rolling 13-week liquidity view that leadership can actually plan around Strengthen and document the internal controls a growing, audit-ready business depends on Manage external audits across financial statement, tax, insurance, and benefit plan work without the fire drill Develop a capable accounting team and build its capacity in step with the company's growth Partner with operations to sharpen job costing and project-level financial visibility Drive the system and process upgrades that make scale possible rather than painful What Makes This Opportunity Different The CFO is the differentiator.
