The General Laborer will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations by performing various physical tasks in a large team environment. Reporting to the Site Supervisor, this position focuses on material handling, assisting skilled trades, and maintaining workflow efficiency through teamwork and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Handle and transport materials safely and efficiently
- Load and unload equipment and supplies
- Perform manual labor tasks as assigned
- Support inventory management and organization
- Assist skilled trades personnel to facilitate project progress
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in general labor roles
- Demonstrated physical stamina for demanding tasks
- Commitment to safety compliance on site
- Basic equipment operation skills
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- Effective time management capabilities
- Problem-solving skills in dynamic environments
