Life Sciences Transactions Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Life Sciences Transactions Associate in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life sciences partnering, collaboration, and licensing agreements, as well as experience with cross-border transactions and commercial agreements. Duties Draft and negotiate life sciences partnering and licensing agreements. Manage cross-border life sciences commercial agreements. Provide IP transaction support for M&A, royalty monetization, and capital markets. Requirements 3+ years of experience in a large law firm environment. Admitted or eligible to seek prompt admission to the Texas bar. Education Undergraduate or graduate degree in science preferred. Certifications Texas bar admission or eligibility.
