Hybrid Sales Manager

Muuto is rooted in the Scandinavian design tradition, combining enduring aesthetics with forward‑looking materials and bold creative thinking. This role is a Hybrid Sales Manager for the German‑speaking part of Switzerland (excluding CantonBern) reporting directly to the Head of Sales and focused on expanding our presence in the Swiss market. Responsibilities Identify and acquire new project opportunities Develop and grow customer accounts to achieve regional sales targets Expand and strengthen our dealer and A&D network Introduce product novelties and ensure strong market visibility Negotiate terms and agreements Collaborate closely with internal teams and sales colleagues across the DACH region Train and support retail and contract partners Activate our Zurich showroom Profile 3+ years’ experience as Sales/Key Account Manager in the Swiss furniture market with a strong network in the German‑speaking region Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Strong sales skills, especially negotiation, relationship‑building, and confident presentation Self‑driven, results‑oriented team player with excellent communication skills Independent working style with sound decision‑making within company policy Proficient in IT/CRM systems and strong organizational & time‑management skills Fluent in German and professionally proficient in English (spoken & written) A valid driver’s license with willingness to travel, including occasional odd hours What we Offer A challenging and dynamic role in a fast‑growing international company Excellent opportunities for personal and professional growth An entrepreneurial and collaborative work environment A key role for bringing new perspectives on Scandinavian design into the Swiss market An attractive office and showroom in the heart of Zurich Salary based on qualifications and experience Start date: September2026 or by mutual agreement We are committed to equal opportunity employment.
