THE WORK: Join us in a journey where innovation meets excellence! You will have the opportunity to perform independently and become a subject matter expert while actively participating in discussions and contributing to solutions for work-related challenges. You will lead the design and development of automated solutions including unit testing, functional testing, UI testing and performance testing across a variety of mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development and enhancement of automation frameworks.

• Translate system requirements into actionable design specifications.

• Collaborate with colleagues to identify and resolve testing challenges.

*This role is hybrid and requires being onsite with the client at least 3 days per week in Charlotte, NC*

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience with Mobile App Automation
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience through internships and work experience
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient in Appium
• Minimum of 3 years in Core Java
• Minimum of 3 years with Selenium
• Strong communication skills and demonstrate ability to lead initiatives to completion

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
