Responsibilities Conducts end-to-end hardware installation and troubleshooting with limited supervision. Validates cabling and problem solves to establish error-free connections with limited guidance. Monitors, reviews, and analyzes ticket queues addressing common incidents and escalating more complex or unresolved issues to senior technicians. Participates in training that aligns with corporate objectives. Acts as a technical liaison for technical and non-technical teams, providing knowledge to identify and resolve resiliency, reliability, and availability risks. Conducts on-site hardware installation, removes and troubleshoots hardware without disturbing critical infrastructure, and performs configurations, with limited supervision. Repairs server components and upgrades servers for existing customers, with supervision. Implements designed and defined network communications and solutions, including cabling and networking equipment, following general guidance and providing coaching and mentoring to peers. Validates cabling, checks network environment build and connectivity, and scripts to verify that devices are connected and free from transmission errors, link errors, and bottlenecks. Qualifications Certain U.S.-based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational-health mandates, and-or drug testing requirements.
