Responsibilities Inbound growth – Manage campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, content, and email Website performance – Work with design/dev to improve conversion rates, user journeys, and messaging Campaign strategy – Build, execute, and optimize themed campaigns for One Oak Flow and our clients Analytics & reporting – Own KPIs. Know what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next Brand & messaging – Keep our tone sharp, confident, and aligned with how we show up in the market Team coordination – Manage freelancers, creatives, and internal resources across functions Sales support – Partner with the CEO to build materials that close deals faster Client success touchpoints – Shape the lifecycle experience so our clients get wowed from onboarding to ongoing Qualifications Have 5–10 years of marketing experience — ideally in high-growth agencies or B2B services Have led or built marketing programs from the ground up Are a full-stack marketer — comfortable with strategy, copy, creative, data, and tools Know your way around paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and SEO basics Are analytical, but not paralyzed by data Can write, design, or direct creative that feels premium and high-converting Have experience in vacation rentals, hospitality, or real estate (strong plus, not required) Are excited to own it all — from the headline on the homepage to the ROI of the next ad campaign Application Name Email Address Phone LinkedIn What makes you a good fit for the role?
