Coalition Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and analytical Remote Reporting Analyst to create, proofread, QA, and analyze digital marketing campaign reports for client accounts. This role is ideal for someone with strong writing, editing, data interpretation, SEO knowledge, PPC awareness, and reporting experience.

As a Reporting Analyst, you will help prepare comprehensive SEO campaign reports, review reports completed by other team members, analyze campaign trends, track deliverables, and present digital marketing data in a clear and client-friendly way. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong grammar and proofreading skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload with accuracy.

Remote Reporting Analyst Responsibilities

As a Reporting Analyst, your duties will include:

• Writing comprehensive bi-monthly SEO campaign reports for clients
• Writing initial SEO campaign reports for new client campaigns
• Proofreading and performing quality assurance checks on campaign reports completed by other team members
• Providing strategic insights and analysis of trends, opportunities, and campaign performance
• Tracking internal to-dos, deliverables, campaign metrics, and project status updates
• Providing regular status reports to other teams and stakeholders
• Developing monthly special reports for clients regarding SEO best practices
• Attending client campaign kickoff calls and presenting data as needed
• Reviewing technical site audits and creating in-depth initial SEO reports
• Managing multiple projects with competing priorities while maintaining deadlines
• Interpreting data and presenting it in a comprehensive, accurate, and easy-to-understand way

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills

• Comfort writing data-driven reports
• Understanding of ranking factors and search engine optimization best practices
• Up-to-date knowledge of SEO and PPC trends, tools, and practices
• Ability to interpret campaign data and communicate insights clearly
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Ability to balance a high-volume workload while maintaining accuracy
• Efficient task and project management skills
• Adaptability to changing and improving processes and procedures
• Strong drive to learn about digital marketing
• Expertise in Microsoft Office programs, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

The following experience is preferred but not required:

• Familiarity with Google Analytics
• Familiarity with Google Data Studio / Looker Studio
• Familiarity with Facebook Ads
• Familiarity with Google Search Console
• Familiarity with WebCEO
• Familiarity with SEMrush
• Familiarity with Basecamp
• Familiarity with Google Workspace / G Suite
• Experience preparing SEO, PPC, analytics, or digital marketing reports
• Experience reviewing technical site audits or campaign performance data

Compensation

For candidates located in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado , the starting base pay for this position ranges from $15 to $35 per hour. Compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills test performance, geographic location, and seniority of the position offered. For candidates outside of California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, compensation may fall outside the listed range.
