Sales Manager - Ford Experienced

Job Description

Eric von Schledorn Ford is seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Ford sales department. If you are a high-energy automotive professional with a proven track record in Ford dealership sales management, we want to talk to you.

What We’re Looking For:

Ford-specific experience is required — deep knowledge of Ford products, programs, incentives, and dealer management systems.
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to recruit, train, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, gross profit objectives, and customer satisfaction goals.
Strong closing skills, inventory management experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with the entire dealership team.
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer relationship skills.
