We are looking for a high energy consultative Technical Senior Sales Consultant to work with a more advanced audience: experienced tech professionals who already work in the industry and are looking to deepen their expertise switch specializations or move into senior and higher paying roles. This is a step above our core B2C sales team. Youll be selling an advanced program to experienced engineers so you need to hold a credible peer-level conversation and be comfortable across the full arc of modern systems engineering (system design and architecture cloud infrastructure distributed systems and data security and production AI). You wont need to write code but you must understand these concepts well enough to answer real questions map the curriculum to the roles and salaries candidates are targeting and earn the trust of people who have hands-on experience.

The best candidates for this position combine strong consultative sales skills with genuine comfort in technical conversations and thrive on complex high value deals rather than high volume transactional sales.

What you will do:

• Operate as a full cycle sales consultant engaging technically experienced prospects qualifying their goals and guiding them to a decision
• Hold credible informed conversations about technical topics relevant to our advanced courses without needing to defer every technical question elsewhere
• Present and articulate TripleTens value proposition for career advancement and skill deepening tailored to an audience that already has industry experience
• Work closely with sales leadership to close complex higher ticket deals and consistently meet or exceed quota
• Work closely with marketing to refine messaging and positioning for this more experienced audience
• Maintain accurate documentation of leads and pipeline progress using HubSpot
• Bring consultative rigor and technical credibility to a team built around trust and expertise

Weekly Schedule:

11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (EST) Monday to Thursday 9:00 AM (EST) - 6:00 PM (EST) rotating Friday or Saturday

What we can offer you:

• Base Compensation: $5400/month uncapped commission based on hitting monthly cash-in quota. Total monthly earnings typically range from $6000 to $10000 for consistent performers with no cap on top results.

Requirements:

• 3 years closing high-ticket deals ($5k) yourself full cycle B2B SaaS tech sales EdTech or other complex products
• Strong discovery skills - able to diagnose a prospects goals and gaps before pitching not lead with a script.
• Fluent English (C1 or above)
• Technical background or experience selling to technical buyers is a plus not a requirement
