Role Overview

The Sales Representative will play a key role in building relationships with clients, offering insurance solutions, and helping members of the Columbus community protect their families and assets. This is a customer-focused, growth-oriented position with significant opportunities for advancement and professional development.​

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers​
• Provide insurance quotes and explain coverage options (auto, home, renters, life, and more)​
• Listen to customer needs and tailor personal price plans to suit their situations​
• Collaborate with a team to achieve office goals and grow the agency’s presence in Columbus​
• Assist with claims, billing inquiries, and provide excellent service at every interaction​
• Participate in community events and networking opportunities

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills​
• Sales ability or passion for helping others

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not mandatory
• Ability to obtain or hold appropriate Ohio State insurance licenses (cost reimbursement)
