Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and day-to-day customer operations
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist in project management and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work Monday - Friday during regular business hours.
