In this pivotal role, you will provide essential administrative and organizational support to our executive team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and day-to-day customer operations
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist in project management and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work Monday - Friday during regular business hours.
