Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Saxonburg, PA | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PMBuild Your Career with BraymanBrayman Construction Corporation & Affiliates is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Machine & Facilities Maintenance team in Saxonburg, PA.This is a hands-on position supporting the day-to-day operation and upkeep of our manufacturing and service facilities. If you have experience troubleshooting electrical systems, repairing equipment, performing building maintenance, and keeping a facility running safely and efficiently, we want to hear from you.You'll work on a variety of projects, so no two days are exactly the same. We're looking for someone dependable, mechanically inclined, safety-minded, and comfortable working independently while also contributing to a team.What You'll DoTroubleshoot and perform electrical maintenance and repairsComplete mechanical repairs and routine equipment maintenanceOperate facility and shop equipment safely and responsiblyPerform preventive maintenance to help keep machinery and equipment operating reliablyMaintain equipment located throughout company facilities and groundsHandle general facility repairs and maintenance as neededAssist with building maintenance projects, including painting, staining, drywall patching, and related workHelp identify maintenance issues and determine appropriate repair solutionsUse computers, smartphones, and diagnostic resources to research equipment and service informationComplete work orders, maintenance documentation, and time entriesWork both independently and alongside other members of the maintenance teamFollow company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipmentWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentApproximately 5 years of experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, facilities maintenance, or a related skilled tradeWorking knowledge of basic electrical systems and troubleshootingGeneral mechanical and building maintenance experienceValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordBasic computer and smartphone skillsAbility to read service information and use electronic diagnostic toolsStrong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple maintenance needsDependable, self-motivated, and able to work with limited supervisionPositive attitude and willingness to work as part of a teamAbility to lift and carry up to 50 poundsComfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditionsWork EnvironmentThis is an active industrial and construction environment.
