Job Description Required Minimum Credential & Experience: LMFT, LCSW, LPC 2 years experience Pay Range: $85,000-$100,000 (DOE) Employment Type: Full-Time Starting Window: September 22nd, 2024 Job Description The Clinical Manager provides direct mental health and substance abuse treatment services, manages our clinical team and clinical documentation, and assists with case management services. The role addresses problems faced by clients regarding behavioral, environmental, psychological and social stressors, while providing clinical oversight to ensure quality care, treatment and documentation. The Clinical Manager works closely with the Program Director and the treatment team to ensure comprehensive and supportive care for clients and must have a clinical licensure in good standing. Responsibilities Facilitate group sessions. Maintain a caseload of clients. Oversee and sign off on documentation of clinical services to ensure that it meets all standards and requirements. Work closely with the Program Director to maintain clinical standards, quality client services and policies. Research and stay current in knowledge of best practice program models. Support Program Director to ensure that the clinical program operates in compliance with laws and regulations of federal, state, and local agencies; standards, rules, and regulations of various accreditation and approval agencies; and according to current narrative/schedule, admission/discharge criteria, and all other applicable policies, procedures, and plans. Actively participate in performance improvement activities per requirements of accreditation, licensure, funding, and administration. Support oversight of direct clinical practice, ensuring that all clinical staff create and follow an individualized treatment plan for each client. Serve as a support and leader to the clinical team by providing support, guidance, and information. Participate in the intake/admission processes including completing intakes, and consultations with prospective clients, families, and referents; initial care coordination; and implementation of initial treatment plans. On call as required for clinical support. Support Program Director and Administrator in clinical scheduling. Complete special clinical projects as assigned by the CEO and/or Program Director. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge and Skills Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and resourcefulness. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Ability to coordinate projects. Education and Experience Master's or doctorate level degree in a mental health related field with associated licensure (LCSW, or LMFT).
