## Description**PAY: $100,000-$125,000 based on experience****BENEFITS: Medical/Vision, Dental, 403b Retirement Plan, EOE**## **SHIFT: Monday-Friday**The Clinic Manager is responsible for the supervision, direction and coordination of the day-to-day operations of the clinic. Instrumental in defining the budget and performance standards for the clinic and communicating it to staff. Utilizes knowledge of organization policies, procedures and systems. Uses skills in planning, organizing, delegating, and supervising. Must work effectively with physicians, staff, patients, public and external agencies. Uses skills in gathering and interpreting data in a physician office setting. Must have ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision making and problem-solving expertise.## QualificationsKnowledge of Rural Healthcare Clinic Guidance preferred Management experience a minimum of 2 years preferred in clinic setting Operational Budget knowledge, strong experience in financial management, budgeting and operation oversight within a healthcare setting preferred Clinical best practices Basic Life Support Certification required Medical Terminology Excellent verbal and written communications skills required Computer Experience with Electronic Medical Record experience (EPIC) preferred Ability to perform the essential functions of the job #J-18808-Ljbffr
