Our client is hiring an Accounts Receivable Agent I to support a fast-paced AR/Collections environment. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, curious, and comfortable working on-site while ramping up in a high-volume setting.
Manage and support an AR portfolio
Maintain consistent customer/account follow-up
Use Excel and technology tools to review AR/aging information and support collection efforts
Communicate professionally with internal and external customers
Assist with processing customer credit applications
What we’re looking for:
High school diploma required
1+ year of Accounts Receivable experience preferred
Strong professionalism
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and accountability
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and open to learning new tools/ways of working
Excel comfort with VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables (no macro-building required, but must be able to review and discuss AR/aging logically)
