As an Inside Sales Associate, you’ll play an important role in connecting prospective buyers and sellers with our real estate sales team. You’ll learn how to communicate with prospects, identify their needs, qualify opportunities, and set appointments for our agents.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $100,000+ annually

Responsibilities: What You'll Do

• Engage with prospective homebuyers and sellers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to build rapport and establish relationships

• Follow up with and nurture leads by understanding their real estate needs, goals, motivation, and timeline

• Qualify prospects and identify opportunities that are a strong fit for our Real Estate Sales Agents

• Schedule qualified buyer and seller appointments and help create opportunities for the sales team

• Leverage established lead generation systems to maximize opportunities and consistently work toward appointment-setting and sales goals

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in the CRM, including conversations, follow-up activities, and prospect information

• Collaborate with Real Estate Sales Agents and leadership to develop strategies that improve lead conversion, appointment quality, and client satisfaction

• Work closely with the Marketing Team to align outreach, messaging, and campaigns with our target audience

• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, roleplay, and workshops to continuously strengthen sales, communication, and relationship-building skills

Qualifications: What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus , but not required

• A genuine interest in helping people and building relationships

• Ability to build rapport quickly and create positive experiences with prospective clients

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

• Ability to learn quickly, stay organized, and consistently follow up with prospects

• Comfortable using CRM systems, technology, and sales tools to manage lead activity

• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate, share ideas, and contribute to team goals

• Coachability and a willingness to learn through daily coaching, role-play, and professional development

• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to achieve measurable results
