Human Resources Administrator

For this position include, but may not limited to: managing people and culture; recruiting and onboarding new employees throughout the USA and in several Canadian provinces; maintaining electronic employee files; scheduling; phone screening and interviewing; administer onboarding testing and the overall employee onboarding experience; tracking and processing licenses and certifications, filing, faxing and data entry. Cross training with other HR Administrators and their job duties as assigned. DUTIES Review applicants using the ATS and a rigorous screening process. Identify and reach out to prospective candidates through professional job boards Engage with hiring managers on position postings, staffing needs, hiring and onboarding Phone screen and interview applicants Schedule background checks, post-offer physicals and drug screens Establish Employee electronic files both for HR and Payroll in HRIS Tracking employee sign on and recruiting bonus Assist existing employees with schedulin...Administrator, Human Resource, HRIS, Administrative, Property Management, Onboarding
