As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site‐specific policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, loading docks, parking areas, offices, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established site procedures and documenting actions taken. Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs, and communicate relevant observations to incoming personnel and appropriate site contacts. Minimum Requirements: At least 6 months of security-related experience is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
