As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $18.62 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeSat08:00 PM - 08:00 AMSun08:00 PM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial areas, exterior grounds, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and potential hazards. Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity according to site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and prepare accurate reports. Maintain detailed daily activity logs and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to site management and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements At least 2 years of security-related experience is required. At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
