- Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments according to department protocols.
- Assist surgeons during procedures, maintaining sterility and efficiency.
- Monitor patient status and respond to intraoperative needs promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of surgical activities and patient information.
- Adhere to safety standards and hospital policies, including on-call and float requirements.
- Ensure all certifications and licensure are current and compliant with facility policies.
- Hold a valid CST licensure (NBSTSA) with proof uploaded within the last two weeks.
- Maintain current BLS certification (AHA or ARC).
- Possess at least two years of relevant surgical experience, including Neuro, Spine, Orthopedics, and DaVinci robotics.
- Demonstrate strong skills in Neuro, Spine, and Total Joint procedures.
- Be flexible to work day shifts, including weekends, with on-call availability.
- Have experience working in fast-paced surgical environments with appropriate certifications.
- Access ongoing training and certification opportunities to enhance clinical skills.
- Work in a dynamic, caregiver-focused environment with diverse surgical specialties.
- Develop expertise in Neuro, Spine, and Orthopedic surgeries, with potential for career advancement.
