Floor-Ready Requirements
- Dependable team player
- Experience with measuring devices (tape measures, micrometers, squares, etc.)
- Ability to read job specifications and adjust machines accordingly
- Experience with overhead crane operation is preferred
- Willingness to work overtime, including nights and weekends when needed

On the Line
- Operate overhead cranes and other manufacturing tools.
- Perform quality checks and document results.
- Conduct minor preventative maintenance.
- Detect machine malfunctions and workpiece defects.
- Measure workpiece dimensions to ensure accuracy.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Collaborate within the team and assist with other department duties.
- Lift up to 60 lbs. and operate various tools, including grinders, banding equipment, nail guns, torches, and hand tools.
