Our state-of-the-art production facility is equipped with the latest technology, and our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers.Job SummaryAs a Day Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our production and assembly operations, contributing to the efficient and timely manufacture of our wood-based composite materials and products. Your primary responsibilities will involve manual labor, material handling, and assembly tasks to support the overall manufacturing process.Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of manual labor tasks, including loading, unloading, and moving materials and products- Assist in the assembly and packaging of wood-based composite products- Maintain a clean and organized work environment- Adhere to all safety protocols and proceduresQualifications- Ability to perform physical labor and handle heavy materials- Basic hand-eye coordination and attention to detail- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly setting is preferred, but not requiredWorking ConditionsThis position involves working in a production facility with exposure to machinery, tools, and materials. The work can be physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move heavy objects, and work in a variety of environmental conditions. Safety is our top priority, and all necessary personal protective equipment will be provided.Compensation and BenefitsThis is a temporary, hourly position with a target pay rate of $14.15 per hour.
