Senior Development Accountant - Real Estate GAAP
COPT
COPT in Columbia, MD seeks an experienced accounting professional to support fixed assets, development accounting and capital expenditures. You will review deals for GAAP compliance, analyze transactions and prepare timely financial updates for stakeholders. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting, 4–6 years of real estate finance experience, and CPA is preferred. The role reports to Senior Development Portfolio Controller or Development Manager and involves close collaboration with #J-18808-Ljbffr COPT
