Desktop Support Engineer

Responsibilities Provide hands-on desktop and end-user support for a fast-paced financial services environment, troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft Office, printing, and general application issues both onsite and remotely. Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving technical issues, supporting remote users, and collaborating with a global IT team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Assist with desktop deployments, imaging, patch management, and hardware/software installations while contributing to IT projects and continuous process improvements. Support enterprise IT infrastructure and gain exposure to technologies including Active Directory, Windows Server, networking, virtual desktops, and data center environments. Requirements 1+ years of desktop support experience with strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, remote support tools, and end-user troubleshooting. Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn new technologies in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with the ability to work independently. Comfortable working onsite in New York City five days per week with flexibility to provide occasional after-hours or weekend support. Experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, networking, virtual desktop environments, imaging/deployment, enterprise IT environments, or relevant IT certifications is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Atlas Search
